Shipping Information

For approved credit card transactions, we will normally ship your CD order ten (10) business days after the receipt of your order unless there is a problem with your payment.

Your Noise Relief™ CDs will be sent to you by Mail. Shipping and handling to addresses within Canada will cost US$6.95 or the US for US$12.95 for a single CD; additional single CDs per order will cost $2.95 more each. International shipping will incur an additional $17.95 surcharge. Sales taxes will be charged where applicable.

Please allow 14 business days for receipt of your shipment before inquiring about your order status. If, after that time, you don't receive your shipment, please contact us by e-mail with your name, order date and order number.

Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for shipments of hardware items such as sound generators, or other Noise Relief™ products.

Payment Information We gladly accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Credit Card Security For your security and privacy, all credit card numbers and other ordering information are encrypted when the order is placed. We will keep your credit card information secure.

Guarantee and Return Policy We gladly offer a 14-day 100% refund of the full price (less shipping) of any unopened CDs with the original plastic wrap uncut and intact. Opened CDs are not returnable. Once you place your order by credit card, your card is charged immediately, and your order cannot be cancelled.

In the rare situation where you receive a defective CD, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the defective CD(s) at info@noiserelief.com so we may issue you a Return Verification Number (RVN), which will also include shipping instructions. You must have a valid Return Verification Number (RVN) from us before a replacement CD can be issued. We will gladly replace your defective CD with a new CD of the same title.

A replacement CD provided for defects in manufacturing only. CDs are not sold warped or with scratches and we do not warrant damage or loss by the customer. If upon return a CD is found to be not defective or damaged by the customer, no refund will be given and the CD will not be shipped back to the customer until all shipping and handling fees are paid up front to ship the CD back to the customer.
