My tinnitus has gotten worse lately and very disturbing to my life. I just purchased an ipod and am listening to white noise. Today is my first day. While I can't say I enjoy it (the ear plugs are already hurting my ears), the sound is much more soothing than the ringing. I am encouraged that this will help. I'm using it at work while at my computer.
